New policy, if you are have seats towards the back of the plane they will now take your carry on and at the gate check it in. They use the excuse that they have no more overh3ad space which is completely false. I had my carry on taken and got in my seat to notice several overhead bins with empty spaces. My laptop was in my carry on and was damaged during poor handling at the gate. I usually travel business class, but got a last minute ticket and I'm shocked at how people are treated in the main cabin. The tickets are cheap either for what you get. Do better Delta or get ready to go bankrupt.

My Lufthansa flight was cancelled only two hours before departure due to airspace restrictions, and this has now happened twice in a row. I have been stuck in the city for two full days, and tomorrow’s rebooked flight will be the third attempt. which may also be delayed or cancelled. The situation itself is outside Lufthansa’s control, but the handling has been extremely disappointing. No clear guidance, no proper support, and a rigid attitude from staff who seemed unwilling to help with missed connections or prepaid hotel nights. I expected a basic level of care from a major airline, but instead felt abandoned. After this experience, I no longer feel confident choosing Lufthansa for long-haul travel.

They changed my flight with no notice and gave me no option for a refund or to pick a different flight. When I contacted them about it they basically told me that they're allowed to change my flight without any notice and it's not their responsibility to make sure I get home.

Etihad lost the bags for the entire business class for two hours after landing. I had an Airtag in my bag, so I knew it was in Boston, and it just sat on the tarmac. There were no Etihad people to talk to, no one who would bring the bags the final 100 yards to the baggage claim, no one to say they were sorry. After traveling for 20 hours and paying for a a business class ticket that includes priority baggage, this was ridiculous. The level of service here is inexcusable. Etihad refused to offer even a discount on a future flight. Take your business to an airline that takes pride in it's customer service.
